Looking for a simple and efficient task manager for Getting Things Done? Look no further. This one is inspired from the Palm days, where things were simple and efficient. Shorten your lists by assigning them to "next week" etc, or group them behind different Icons. One task can belong to multiple Icons, so here you have some power as well. DASHBOARD Are you sometimes focusing too much on one area, while neglecting other important tasks? The dashbord will show the status of all your projects or goals, to help you balance your day. Lists with inactivity will have less color than lists with high activity. TRACKING ICON Make as many dashboard icons as you want. DELAY FEATURE Key to producitivity is not to complete many tasks, but to complete the right ones. Snooze tasks that are of lower priority, and enjoy a day without that feeling of guilt. ACCOMPLISHMENTS Each list has its own accomplishments. E.g. easily see what you have accomplished at work, and at home, books you have read etc. NOTIFICATIONS Starred tasks will get a notification if the task is deferred to a future date. REPEAT When completing a task, you can directly choose a next instance. E.g. when you complete a report at work, or your jogging session, you won't forget to schedule a new date. TAG SUPPORT Think of each Icon as a tag. Put a task behind one or more icons. Add the task from the Dashboard screen. For example you can have a group "Easy Tasks" in addition to your "Home" tasks, and see the same task in both places. Or "Investments" can have the same item as "Errands". CONTEXT SUPPORT If you know GTD by David Allen, you can think of each Icon as a Context. Each task can have multiple contexts. Enjoy Your Day - even more!
